Soil to Supper for Quivira Coalition

Quivira Coalition’s Soil to Supper Project will support producers to get more meat, hides, fiber, and other livestock products into regional supply chains while reducing waste, increasing soil health, and building climate resilience. Funds will support 50 producers, prioritizing traditionally underserved producers, to reduce agricultural and woody product waste, finish livestock on grass (to boost income), and help enhance biodiversity and potential carbon sequestration on their land.
