Hey there, I'm Margaret.
I'm a climate and carbon management professional focused on nature-based climate solutions. My work explores how we can steward ecosystems in ways that are ecologically grounded, scientifically rigorous, and centered on the communities who depend on them.
I hold a Master's degree in Ecosystem Science and Carbon Management from Colorado State University and currently work at the intersection of climate science, communication, and project management. Drawing on more than 8 years of experience in creative problem solving across design, communications, community food systems, and outdoor leadership, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to advance climate strategies rooted in science and storytelling.
I'm a graduate of Colorado State University’s Master’s program in Ecosystem Science and Carbon Management. When not thinking about climate, you can find me outside: biking, learning to play hockey, skiing, or growing vegetables at 9,000 feet. I'm also an avid bread-baker, a novice hockey player, an occasional painter, and someone who's almost always thinking about plants.
If you're interested in collaborating on climate, nature-based solutions, or science communications, I'd love to connect. Let's collaborate!
